nikhlesh sir but periyar university don't give me the convcation certificate for that they told me to do fy/sy from there university

last time i asked , i have done fy/sy from mumbai & ty from periyar it is valid i get answer yes but periyar univ. dont give me convcation certificate, & my friend told me without convcation your degree is not valid pls guide me sir
