Well its an interesting question as both the engineering fields are good and the institutes mentioned by you are one of the finest institutes of India.
However, the choice of stream will totally depend on your preference and interest as both the options are equally good! We can only help you

Don't think too much. NIT's are certainly good in all almost every respect viz. placement, faculties profile and brand name, etc.

Hi, Both the institute are best and you are in dilemma to choose better out of the best. As said by Mr. Aneeket about the choice and selection of stream(course) for anyone , i agree with him. Taking account of your interest and passion , take a wise decision and move ahead. Good Luck

but I think you should go for Engineering Physics at DTU
because Engineering physics is the study of the combined disciplines of physics, engineering and mathematics
so it quiet interesting field
but its totally depend upon your nature and interesting and
