NIT kurukshetra (PIE) vs Jalandhar (IPE), NITJ has branch change option and I want EE or ECE? If u were at my situation what would u choose?

Off course, in your situation I have taken NIT-Jalandhar without any doubt as I want to study ECE and there is a chance for me to change it in next year.
