Nmam Nitte, upudi or Nmit Nitte, Bangalore (For CS branch). Which one of the two is better? And why?

After seeing the cut offs, I can get these two. I am confused between these two institutes. Even though in many places Nmit is given better rank than Nmam, many people tell that Nmam is better. So, I am confused which college to choose. I am going for Computer Science Engineering (B.E). Thanks.
