No college in CSAB even after getting rank within cutoffs.

1 lakh general and 30K OBC-NCL rank, JEE Main 2020. To be on the safer side, I nearly filled out ever NIT as a choice, and still didn't get one in the CSAB. I looked at the opening and closing rank for CSAB 2020 round 1and found that my OBC rank could have gotten me many colleges, got None. Why?
