No Updates Received on Admission

I have enrolled and paid admission fee for MSC Counseling Psychology as of 16th March 2020...It is so difficult to get hold of someone out there. No one at the University is responding..It's so inconvenient..This is really unfair.. Their Website is so worst and not friendly..Advise how to cancel it
