Hi. i am in my final year computer engg. i have had 3 drops meaning i started my engg in 2007-08 academic year and now i am in my 7th academic year now. so my question is, do we have to complete the degree in UNDER 8 YEARS i.e. in EXACTLY 7 YEARS or WITHIN 8 Years i.e. 7 yea
