Yes, GATE Exam is conducted by national wide.
Every state conduct separate common entrance test for post-graduation admissions.

In which stream do you want to take admission.
There are different eligibility criteria's for taking admission in M.Tech CSE:
Pass with 60% aggregate marks in BE/ B.Tech (CSE /IT /ECE) or MCA/ M.Sc (IT/ Computer Science/ Physics/ Mathematics/Stats) or equivalent.
