Not received phd degree asking fees
I too did not get my degree. i have no dues certificate but univ is asking me to pay third year fees because i have exceeded two months time.
if fee is outstanding then why did they give no dues.

Collecting a no-dues certificate is a formality to be fulfilled and so,don't take it as a problem.
