Now admission is open for B.Tech in any government college in any state.

Hello Neha, I am afraid by now the admission process has been completed in many of the states for the admission in engineering colleges or at least has cross more than 50% of the process. You will have to wait for the cycle to begin next year if you are interested to get admission only in a government college. However if you are interested in getting admission to the deemed universities for under management quota of private engineering colleges then you may approach them even now and chances are quite bright that you will get admission.
