now i am doing my 3rd bsc actually i am in a confusion that am i eligible for doing msc in abroad?how without having 4years study in degre?

Hi Rajesh,
In order to study MS in Germany, most of the German universities prefer 16 years of education.
If you want you can give JAM which is conducted by IIT's for masters and then apply for Germany.

Yes, abroad they need fours years graduation for admission to MS. But as you have three years degree there won't be problem just after admission you need to complete 2-3 subjects more during MS. Best of luck.
