It is a multi-directional preparation.You have to mind your academic development first and see that you have a certain level academically.You have to develop your personality in all possible ways.You mind your soft skills.YOUR EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES ARE IMPORTANT TOO.Participate in all debates

Hi,
The UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) of India conducts the exam and on the basis of the result IAS, IPS, IFS officers are selected.
It is one of the most competitive exams in India, in order to clear this exam you really need to work hard with 100% dedication.
