now i am in 5th sem......... electronic & communicatoin branch. what other extra cources should i prefer that add values to my BE..........

As of now I suggest just concentrate on completing your BE with flying colours and keep focus on your engg education. Thereafter you may join a course to add value to your BE.

Select the course as per your interest and liking as no course is going to add value to your BE. What will be important is your performance.
