Now, I am looking up for further certifications in banking domain from a growth point of view. What should I do?

I have 3-years of experience in ICICI bank. I have done M.Com and distance MBA.

My input is based on the belief that you intend to switch profession on the completion of the course. Let me tell you that there are no quick-fix certification courses which will help you switch from IT to finance/ banking. I also understand that you don't want to discontinue working and go for an M
