    Hi Vijay,Keeping in mind your bachelors, I would suggest you to go for a Masters in Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics etc.As you have asked this question under Germany, i would like to say that Germany is a country known for its technical advancement and a Masters from Germany would be a good option.
