    Hi Vijay,
    Keeping in mind your bachelors, I would suggest you to go for a Masters in Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics etc.
    As you have asked this question under Germany, i would like to say that Germany is a country known for its technical advancement and a Masters from Germany would be a good option. Also, as education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to give a minimal fee ranging between euro 140-500.
