Now, I'm doing B.Sc (BZC). Which course has better (scope) at present when compared between biological science and biotechnology in M.Sc?

Biotechnology has better scope today and will also have tomorrow. Specifically genetic engineering in biotechnology has the hugest potential. So, you should go with biotechnology.
