Now I m doing my btech in electrical engineering(2nd yr). I want to go for aeronautics engineering. is it possible to study aeronautics?

If your college has Aeronautical Engineering, you may request for change. Otherwise you can do MTech in AE which is an interdisciplinary course in few universities. You can join Indian Air Force as commissioned officer in Aeronautical Engineering Electronics branch and IAF will train you as Aeron
