Now I'm going to finish B.Sc nursing exams in September- October, so can I apply for the course for the academic year of 2019- 2021?
If I can apply then when will be the last date to apply for the course and how?

The session usually begins in July or August for new courses. Since you will give exam in September-October, then result will be out around December atleast. Hence, it won't be possible.

Please specify the course you want to do. That is depending on the eligibility criteria of different courses. For Masters you need 1 year clinical or teaching experience.
