Now I'm going to finish B.Sc nursing exams in September- October, so can I apply for the course for the academic year of 2019- 2021?

The session usually begins in July or August for new courses. Since you will give exam in September-October, then result will be out around December atleast. Hence, it won't be possible. -
Please specify the course you want to do. That is depending on the eligibility criteria of different courses. For Masters you need 1 year clinical or teaching experience.
