Now I'm learning HTML 5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, Photoshop, coral draw and illustrator. Is it enough or not?
I am a commerce graduate from Delhi University and I want to become a Web designer and developer.

It is more than enough to become a web designer or web developer. You just get mastery in JavaScript and MySQL. Because it will help you a lot in future.
