Keeping the respect in mind for your ambitions, I still fear that this is an awkward scenario and as you must not be having Biology in your 10+2 certificate, this is technically not feasible now to jump into MBBS.
I would personally recommend you not to consider such vague options now; sim

Perhaps,you have an interest in Medicine as a subject. Improve your medical awareness and you can be useful to many,by being helpful with your general advice.
