Now institute upgraded with IIT status. What is the placements scenario? I didn't get too much information on this.

In IIT, things are getting better with passing time. Companies are taking more interest to come here for placement after the IIT status. This year, we have started with companies like Federal Bank, Berger Paint, ITC, etc. offering very handsome packages and some more are yet to come . -
The placement is still going on. So, wait for the placement season to be completed. Anyhow, we got better response this year from the companies that we've approached. IIT status was instrumental in achieving a better placement scenario.
