Now my 2nd year of btech-ece will start .I have 3 reappear in 1st sem .Does a person with back doesn't get a job if he clears all backs.

If you clear all reappear then you can get job , there is no compulsion about reappear that a student who have reappear he/she can not sit exam , afcourse they can sit on campus placement exam but they should clear all exam before joining at company , so there is no need to worry regarding this prob
