NTA opened the window for category correction for JEE candidates but I couldn't correct mine. Would I be disqualified from admission?

Due to an improper understanding of the eligibility criteria for EWS category, I was unable to do correction in my category. I'm worried that I will be disqualified or I'll need to get admission via GEN category. Can you provide details issued by NTA regarding this matter?

Hello, Disqualifying is not the last option for you. You may consult directly to CBSE regarding your issue through mail or call. As category correction comes under major correction criteria as accordingly your rank will be decided. Best regards.
