NUS for jan 2013 intake .

i have applied for MS.civil engg in NUS for jan 2013 intake i have 76%in B.E.civil with distinction diploma in civil 86% honours, and 1.5 years work experience what is my chance of getting admissions,, if i cant get in then what are the universities i can approach further with reasonable fee
