According to data pblished by Joint Implementation Committee (JIC), 9 newly opened IITs failed to attract the best rankers in the top 2000 of JEE Advanced. Among the new IITs, IIT Bombay stands out with the highest share of top rankers and is the first choice of the toppers, especially in the top 1
