First of all thanx @aru to hand over the discussion. Dear Arindam, based on B.Tech degree marks, you can obtain admissions for M.Tech. from any private college of AP, Maharashtra, MP, Rajasthan etc. In all these states there are central universities, inviting applications for PG during Jun-Aug every year. Fill up your choice colleges and subjects. After some time you will be asked to appear for counselling of your one of the choice colleges. Counselling means admission and fee payment. These degrees are valuable because you become M.Tech., useless because you hardly learn any thing.
