on site of manav rachna international university it is written "doomed" !! does it mean its not approved by ugc ??

First of all it is "Deemed" and not "Doomed". It is being conferred as a Deemed University status by Central Government under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956 vide MHRD letter No F. 9-3/ 2007 U.3 (A) dated: 21st October, 2008. Deemed University Status is given by UGC. So it is a UGC recognised University
