On the basis of transfer certificate, shall I get admission for Diploma in any college?

Hi Zeeshan! Transfer certificate is one of the documents that would be asked for, while you apply to certain course. There will be other formalities as well depending on the course and institute. Transfer certificate alone will not give you admission in any college.
