On the NEET admit card by mistake a little bit of thumb ink got spread. Will there be any problems?

If ink has slightly spread then it should not cause any major issue. As long as the thumb impression is mostly clear and contained in the box, a small amount of smudging should not be an issue. The most important things are that it is your left thumb, in blue/black ink, and is legible.
