On what basis companies recruit students in XIMR, either on work experience or whole academic year?

    Hi Anita,
    That's a good question. In a MBA/PGDM course from any college, students with work experience will always have an advantage. This advantage will also help them in placements. However, that does not mean that students without work experience will not get good jobs. When recruiters come, they look at the student's overall performance in college academics, and they will select the student if they are impressed (even if that student does not have any job experience).
