The entrance examination is a common exam for all AIIMS, and it consists of one paper of 2 hours duration with objective type (Multiple Choice) questions. The distribution of marks is as follows: Physics (30 marks), Chemistry (30 marks), Biology (30 marks), and General Knowledge (10 marks). The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with 55% for Gen/OBC (NCL)/EWS, 50% in case of SC/ST categories in aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
