The BMS College of Engineering offers admission to the B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering course based on the candidate's performance in the KCET (for Karnataka residing candidates) or COMEDK (for all India candidates) entrance exams, as well as their performance in the 12th standard or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science, Biology, or Electronics, with a minimum aggregate mark of 45% for general merit candidates and 40% for SC/ST and OBC category candidates.
