Bundelkhand University offers admission to the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) course based on the candidate's performance in the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) as optional subjects. The candidate must have passed the examination conducted by the respective state/central government authorities recognised as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one subject.
