The Dibrugarh University offers admission to the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course on the basis of a Common Entrance Test (B.Ed. CET) and eligibility criteria which includes having at least 50% marks in aggregate in the Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanities, or Bachelor's in Engg./Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or equivalent Grade Point. A relaxation of 5% in the qualifying marks is provided to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/PWD categories or having a minimum of 5 years teaching experience in a recognised school.
