The selection of candidates is made on the basis of the merit, and the admission requirements include a minimum age of 17 years, passing of Higher Secondary School certificate with 50% or more marks in the aggregate of 4 subjects including English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and the candidate must be medically fit.
