Anaesthesia & Operation Theatre Technology (AOTT) course at St. John's Medical College is based on the candidate passing two-years Pre-University examination/Pre Degree examination/ two years after ten years of schooling or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as principal courses of study, or lateral entry to the second year for those who have passed a Diploma programme from Government Boards recognised by RGUHS.
