TIET Patiala offers admission to the B.E. in Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design and Technology) course based on the candidate's performance in 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks in aggregate of three subjects, namely, Physics, Mathematics, and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, and Technical Vocational subject. Additionally, candidates are required to appear in the TIET entrance test.
