On what basis i can know which b-schools are good and which arent ? I would like to know which b-schools are good in Bangalore,Pune & Delhi.

1)How can we say that a b-schools is good? 2)If you were in my place, which b-schools you would prefer if you are an average student from a middle-class family ? 3) Can i have admission after writing MAT in Sept. month ? 4) Will they giv the scholarship only once for 2 yrs or for every semester ?
