<p>Oriental University provides merit based scholarships to BPharma students based on their merit in Class 12. These scholarships are provided to the students in the form of a rebate on the annual course fee. The criteria for merit-based scholarships for lateral entry candidates is their merit in DPharma examinations. The amount of rebate varies depending on the candidate's merit. For instance, candidates scoring over 90% in Class 12 (or over 80% in DPharma) will have to pay an annual fee of INR 77,500 instead of the actual fee on INR 85,000.&nbsp; Candidates scoring 75-89.99% in Class 12 (or 70-79.99% in DPharma) will have to pay an annual fee of INR 80,000, and so on. There is no rebate for candidates scoring below 60%.</p>
