LPU primarily provides scholarships to students seeking lateral entry into the university on the basis of their diploma (or other qualifying)/ previous examinations rather than 12th grade. This ensures that students who have completed their college studies and established their academic abilities have equal opportunity. In addition to diploma scores, LPU has scholarships awarded via the national entrance and scholarship test (LPUNEST), therefore providing students with merit-based financial assistance. Achievements in sports, cultural activities, and social service are additional criteria considered by the university. There are many op

Lovely Professional University (LPU) offers attractive financial aid and scholarships for lateral entry students, especially those enrolling in programs like B.Tech. These scholarships are largely based on a combination of the student's diploma academic performance and their LPUNEST score. For instance, candidates with a diploma score above 75% often qualify for higher tuition waivers—typically ranging from 50% to 60%, depending on the program. Additionally, scoring in the top 10% on LPUNEST can lead to further concessions between 30% to 50%, making quality education more affordable and accessible for deserving candidates.

Lovely Professional University (LPU) provides financial aid opportunities for lateral entry students that are determined by a mix of academic success in their previous diploma or college studies and scores from the LPUNEST entrance examination. The main requirements for most lateral entry programs (such as B.Tech lateral entry) include:

Hi.

If you apply with JEE Main scores, CU primarily considers your JEE Main percentile / AIR for admission.

12th marks are generally secondary in this case — mostly used for eligibility criteria (like minimum 50–60% in PCM or aggregate, depending on branch).

High JEE scores can also qualify you for JEE-based scholarships at CU.

Hi.

Yes — for admission to B.Tech/B.E. at Chandigarh University (CU), there is a requirement on your 12th‑class marks (along with other eligibility conditions), even if you're using your JEE Main score.

What's required from 12th (or equivalent) at CU

You must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognised board with Physics and Mathematics.

For many B.Tech courses at CU, including those that accept JEE Main or CU's entrance (CUCET), the minimum aggregate requirement in 12th is around 50% (for general or merit‑based eligibility) as a baseline.

Some sources show that for “full eligibility” (especially for certa

Hi.

If your 12th result has not been announced yet then

Upload expected / provisional marks for now.

Final admission depends on the official 12th mark sheet after results are announced.

Colleges are used to this situation, especially for students applying in early cycles.

Hi.

AIIMS is primarily a medical college/university (undergraduate, postgraduate, super-speciality, etc.) + a hospital.

Its courses begin after Class 12 — i.e. you must have completed 12th standard (10+2) to be eligible for entry into courses like MBBS, B.Sc., etc.

The official course list of AIIMS includes medical and allied health degrees — not school-level classes (11th / 12th) as per its academic catalogue.

Thus, AIIMS itself does not run 11th and 12th standard as a school.
