If you mean Computer engineer means Bachelor of computer science than its not possible. For this you have to enter pre engineering entrance test and take admission in First year of engineering degree.

    Hi,
    1)
After studying Arts stream in 12th and BBA, computer engineering is not possible. However, you can definitely make a career in IT industry with technical positions by taking up MCA. You may pursue MCA if you have studied Maths in 12th with 60%.

To pursue B.Tech Computer Science Engineering, you need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. You need to appear in entrance exam.

To become a qualified computer engineer, one option that you have is to do MCA after your BBA. Although in many universities/institutes, the requirement is 10+2 with Mathematics as one of the subjects. However, there are still many institutes which can consider you for admissions even if you didn't have maths in your +2.
