One subject is pending in UG, but all the attempts are over now. What should I do?

I have completed my 1st year, 2nd year & 3 subjects in the final year in 2014. But could not attend one subject during the last attempt, due to some critical misshaping in my family. So, due to one subject, my UG degree is pending.
