    Hi,
Additional certifications always help. I'll suggest you to try hands on courses that can add value to your career-
    1. SAP
    2. Financial Market Certifications offered by B.S.E/N.S.E
    3. Short term courses- Diploma In Treasury And Forex Management, Merchant Banking And Financial Services, Export-Import, Foreign Trade, Financial Management and Banking.

    Hi,
As per your query, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.com and then opt for MBA.
The advantage of this step would be:
    - You will gain relevant work experience.
    - After working you will know which specialization to opt while pursuing MBA, that can further enhance your career prospects.
    - The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
I would request aru.chopra to give you details regarding various 1 year course which you may pursue after B.com.
    Feel free to discuss more.
