one year graduation

hello sir i am very confuse abt that i have currently my graduation from periyar university of distance lerning in one year means i appear all three years paper in one year after graduation can i valid for upsc or private job or higher study plz iys urgent plz plz plz sir

no problem dear its valid in distance mode ans periyar university is reputed university in india its ugc recignised and one year graduation is valid for goverment job and private job but i have doubts for the higer study.and one more condition that u have must gape of three years after hsc.so best o
