one yr diploma in computers .. with low fees in canada... is it possible.. if so plz tell me how?

i m dng masters in computer techchnology here. and i need to settle in canada.. for that i need an entry point... could u please guide me so that i can get a diploma in one yr that too with minimal fees... id ont care abt college or education... i just need an entry..
