Dear Piyush, You can download the from from our website www.dsims.org.in & then fill it & send the courier with relevant documents. You have take the GD/PI that we will conduct & after you clear the GD/PI you have to come in person for the admission. You also call us on 9004444059 or 022 66812311/25
