Online B.Tech./B.E. is not an AICTE approved degree and doing so will be waste of time as no gov or private organization recognize such degrees. secondly, experience has no relevance to pursue degree. You should apply for lateral entry scheme of any state technical university or AICTE approved engin

Online Btech degree is not valid , go for regular degree , if you do distance degree then it has no value
