Well, you haven't asked about a specific programme, but since you tagged engineering, So, I will consider you as an Engineering aspirant. There are two points here to be noted:
    1) If you have more than 90% aggregate marks in 12th class, then LPU NEST exam will be exempted.
    2) If you have less than 90% aggregate marks then you will have to appear in an exam of LPU NEST. Where as eligibility criteria is that candidate must have 60% aggregate marks in 12th class and English must be studied as a subject.
    3) Thus, if any candidate will be having less than 60% aggregate marks, he will not be eligible to take Admission in B.Tech. For more and

Well that entirely depends on the programme you are looking for. In the situation of Covid-19, LPU has relaxed their eligibility norms. For majority of the programmes, LPU NEST is not required, it serves the purpose of scholarship. Campus Infrastructure: LPU's campus is one of the largest lush green campuses of India which is spread over 600+ acres. Gym, Hi-Speed 24 Hours free Wi-Fi service, Swimming pool. Very good central Library of 6 floors and a huge collection of textbooks and reference books. The campus has its own hospital, hotel and a mall. The classes are well-designed with all the latest amenities available. Academics- LPU is

HiIt depends on the course you want to pursue from LPU which offers 200+ courses. The courses like B.Tech, M.Sc. Agriculture, Ph.D. etc. Require LPU NEST. The syllabus and paper pattern is given on the website of LPU. LPU NEST is being conducted in an online proctored mode due to the grim condition of the country due to covid. For the other courses LPU NEST might give you a higher scale of scholarship. The LPU expertise takes place each at intervals in and out of the classroom, nurturing creativity and innovation through challenging project work and practical learning, and providing an environment conducive to sparking ideas and how to

Hi Narain, as far as the Lovely Professional University is concerned, you can take direct admission, however, there are certain programs such as B Tech, MBA and Hons programs in which you can get admission only if you qualify the entrance exam. Apart from that the programs such as BBA BCOMM, and B.A. Programs do not have mandatory entrance tests as an eligibility, you can seek admission in these programs. However, you need to fulfil other eligibility conditions.

As per the new rules, Previous two qualification based scholarship for all programmes will not be available after 25th May, 2022. You can avail scholarship based on either LPU NEST or last qualification. For example if you are seeking admission in graduation, then the previous qualification that will be consider is 12th, or if your seeking admission in post graduation, then the previous qualification would be consider is graduation.
