Orion giving me an urgent offer (to get admission within 28th of this month) for hardwre and networking.

Orion Edutech is offering me a 10 months course of hardware & networking with CCNA at Rs30000 They are also giving 100% gurantee for job placements. So does it really worth that much and are their promises really true and also if i really need that course? I did JE in ETC from Guwahati,AEI.
