As vishnu said Lucknow and Kozhikode are the best. In addition to that
IIT Delhi DoMS
Sailash J Mehta IIT Bombay
IIT Madras DoMS
Which can compete with IIM
For admission you need to get around 90 to 95 percentile in CAT exam

Leaving ABC the next two best IIM's are Lucknow and Kozhikode.
